Accepted Value CostingSM (AVC) is the evolutionary approach to Lean-Agile decision making. David pioneered the concept in 2014 on a multi-team Agile program at an American multi-national managed healthcare and insurance company, and then applied it at the portfolio level at the leading American commercial mortgage real estate services company through 2017. Since then, AVC has reached maturity through use by hundreds of Agile teams at-scale with financial, investment management, banking, and service firms.
